I am sad to announce that 75 of my pendants or about 97% of my entire art jewelry collection was stolen from us at Faerieworlds. Andrew was packing our booth up and had gotten it all ready to pack in the van. He placed the market stuff in our booth partner's tent while he hiked to get the van. When he returned two vintage picture frames with red velvet and 75 0f my pendants attached were gone! His brass top hat was also laying on the ground as if someone was about to go through our bin of journals too. He loaded what was left and searched the entire grounds for our missing art. It was not found. If you have ANY info on who might have taken my jewelry please contact me at theanglinartisan@gmail.com or via facebook. I feel like pieces of my soul have just been stolen, or pieces of myself are missing. I am very sad and heartbroken more than anything. If you hear anything please let me know.
Here are 3 photo collages of the jewelry I am missing. Each pendant has a number engraved on the back of it with either my initials "AA" or "Autumn Steam". Please keep your eye out for them.
What a bummer! I am sorry to hear it. I posted this link on my FB pages to help spread the word.
ReplyDeleteI have also posted on my facebook. You'll want to start watching Ebay for your pieces, thats my bet as to whats gonna happen to them. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI shared this with my friends. I hope you find the bloody muggles.
ReplyDeleteI will share this too. Very evil people in this world !!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry this happened to you :( I'm going to spread the word.
ReplyDeleteOh man, my heart goes out to you! I posted about this on my FB fan page, hoping it will be seen by a few more people here in the NW.
ReplyDeletePosted on my FB as well... i hope that they are returned!
ReplyDeleteYou might want to also notify local pawn shops about the items that were stolen, if you have not yet done so.
ReplyDeleteposting in FB as well. I hope the will be returned!
ReplyDeleteI can only suggest going to any known markets in the area to see they are brazen enough to try and sell anything there.
ReplyDeleteI will keep a look out for any new items that crop up on eBay or Etsy that look like these.
Hope they catch them and you get everything back!
ReplyDeleteThat's terrible! As if it wasn't hard enough to make it as an artisan in the first place. We'll repost to help spread the word.
ReplyDeleteThat sucks so much. We've had some of our product stolen as well, take down is the worst time because you just can't watch every corner and it's terrible feeling you have to! A friend of ours makes dulcimers and had several stolen out of his van while he was loading up! Dulcimers! They're huge! People will try anything.
ReplyDeleteI am posting on my FB, too. This is so sad.
ReplyDeleteI found this posted on a friends Facebook account, and I in turn will re-post it to Facebook, twitter, and tumblr. I hope the perpetrator is caught!
ReplyDeleteTerrible, terrible news.
ReplyDeleteI have signal boosted on my facebook and tumblr, and will also be posting on my twitter and LJ.
I hope cyberjustice prevails.
Posted to my Facebook page. Hope the thief is caught ASAP. People who steal art are the lowest form of scumwad.
ReplyDeletePassed this on at a number of places. I'm really sorry this happened :(
ReplyDeleteWill share this on my profile as well. So sorry this has happened to you. :(
ReplyDeleteLove, Light and Blessings of the day to you and yours.
How awful! I've posted a link to this on my FB and Twitter. Here's to the thieves doing the right thing and returning the items.
ReplyDeleteposted on my fb page as well.
ReplyDeleteOh I am so sorry. Will post to my blogs.
ReplyDeleteI reposted on Facebook from a post of one of my friends. Let's hope it helps!
ReplyDeleteReaction from one of my FB contacts:
"o my gods ,ho.w can somebody do this.its horrible i hope some will come back to you and the ones how did this will be punished.if its not by law then the gods wil get them ."
It won't get your pendants back, but we're all sending our support and hope justice will be done!
I can completely relate when you say that they are "pieces from your soul". I will post this on my FB page as well. Just know that karma is already in the works...
ReplyDeleteIf Karma exists, then this person is sure to get his/her comin'uppins!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you had to experience this.
I am really sorry to hear about this happening. Our booth was right next to yours (Keltic Designs) and either I or Joelle were there the entire time we were breaking down, but you were still there after we finished. I can't help but think that if they had allowed you to just pull your vehicle up that this would not have happened. You were great neighbors, and I am very disappointed, sad, and frustrated that this was done to you.
ReplyDeleteOH wow! That's a real damn shame! Ugh, what is wrong with people! So many horrible people in this world that do stuff like this. It's terrible and I'm truly sorry to read this happened. I hope you are able to get compensated or get your stuff back. I hope the person(s) (or animals(hehe...kidding) that took the pendants falls into a dark hole! They are rotten! :-(
ReplyDeleteI was told they caught the thieves... true?
ReplyDeleteI posted this to my Twitter feed. I'm horrified and saddened that this happened to you. :( Theft of any kind is despicable. I hope they catch whoever did it, and I hope that by some miracle you get your pieces back.
