I decided to bite the bullet at buy a new hat (instead of making one) while I was at Steamcon. The lovely and talented ladies from WWW.noxenlux.com were fabulous and had such unique and fun things! We arrived in Seattle just around midnight. The Hyatt is beautiful but we still don't know where we are going to be. I am working on the art project for the gallery...I will be up as late as it takes to finish the Nautilus Journal. I can't wait for tomorrow it will be awesome!
I just put the finishing touches on the new little journal! Look for the listings on Etsy tomorrow.
It was an amazing creative night and I am now exhausted. I made a journal, 3 new USB drives, a pendant and we are almost done with the surprise journal for Steamcon! We also made a new display for our shows. There are now vertical displays that will hold all of my journals and jewelry with no problem. We can't wait for Steamcon!
This is a gift I am working on for a wonderful friend of mine. He is a writer so I have filled this journal with lots of blank paper. I just have to finish sewing the signatures in and add a few more embellishments. I hope he likes it :)
I woke up this morning ready to create. I am extra tired but trying to push through it to bind these journals. I am binding in signature #12 in the new journal now with a wonderful cup of hot coffee sitting beside me. Now if only I can remember to take a sip between stitches!
