Passing out flyers

I just spent all day in Eugene passing out flyers to all the vendors at Saturday market and all the little shops within a 3 block radius. I hope the local word gets out..let's find my art!

Thank you

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for coming together to look for my stolen Steampunk Jewelry. I am truly humbled by the response I got and touched by all the comments. I am on the mend from the loss and trying to get motivated again to start creating again. I just got a job to make some custom outfits for a stilt walker/juggler. I need to replace my entire stock of jewelry, but it will be hard since I am not able to buy supplies. When those people stole my art it started a chain of events. First I was devastated the pieces were missing and grieving a loss, then I was very angry that this happened to me. Now I realize I actually needed to sell those pieces so I could replenish my supplies to make new things. I hope to have a few new pieces of jewelry made by next week.

I will keep you posted on the progress of my stolen art. I have not heard anything yet. Ebay, Etsy and Craigslist have been searched daily, but nothing there either. If anyone hears anything, please let me know. theanglinartisan@gmail.com

Distraction

I need a distraction from dwelling on my stolen art, so I am making a custom corset.

75 Stolen Pendants From Faerie Worlds

I am sad to announce that 75 of my pendants or about 97% of my entire art jewelry collection was stolen from us at Faerieworlds. Andrew was packing our booth up and had gotten it all ready to pack in the van. He placed the market stuff in our booth partner's tent while he hiked to get the van. When he returned two vintage picture frames with red velvet and 75 0f my pendants attached were gone! His brass top hat was also laying on the ground as if someone was about to go through our bin of journals too. He loaded what was left and searched the entire grounds for our missing art. It was not found. If you have ANY info on who might have taken my jewelry please contact me at theanglinartisan@gmail.com or via facebook. I feel like pieces of my soul have just been stolen, or pieces of myself are missing. I am very sad and heartbroken more than anything. If you hear anything please let me know.

Here are 3 photo collages of the jewelry I am missing. Each pendant has a number engraved on the back of it with either my initials "AA" or "Autumn Steam". Please keep your eye out for them.

Absinthe Fairy...For Sale

The Steampunk Absinthe Fairy is for sale now! Check out my Etsy listing. Here are some photos from the photo shoot we did yetserday. I had so much fun picking up my camera again. I haven't done a shoot in a while, but I am so proud of the shots. I will do some more editing tonight. But for now here are some of the best.

Thanks to Laura DeVoe for doing the hair and makeup and a fabulous model!

Flux Magazine Premier

We had a great show at the Flux Magazine Premier. You can see the entire article in Flux Magazine. It is an introduction to Steampunk with the Anglins and Mac McGowan. We were invited to do a Steampunk Fashion show for the premier party. Here are some photos taken by Roger Rix of the event. This is video taken by Jonathan Boys of the event.

I just discovered a blog write up about the show. One Step, Big Shot
